Our Programs
Eight disciplines under one roof — find the class that fits where you're starting, and where you want to go.

Olympic-style judo for adult competitors of all levels.
Judo
Our Judo program is led by Head Coach Nick Tritton, a two-time Olympian, alongside a coaching staff built around technique, discipline, and structured belt progression. Classes run from white-belt fundamentals through national-level competition prep, with dedicated randori (live sparring) time every session. Whether you're stepping onto a mat for the first time or training for Provincials, you'll work directly with coaches who've competed at the highest level of the sport.
- All levels welcome — white belt through competition team
- Coached by Nick Tritton, 2x Olympian and Head Coach & Technical Director
- Gi required; loaner gis available for trial classes
- Weekly randori built into every class

Judo fundamentals for young athletes, from first class to competition.
Kids' Judo
Kids' Judo builds focus, respect, and real technique in a structured, age-appropriate curriculum. Classes are grouped by age and belt level so younger beginners and older competitors each get coaching pitched to where they are. Kids progress through a formal belt system with regular grading, and many go on to compete in local and regional tournaments.
- Grouped by age and belt level, ages 5–12
- Formal belt curriculum with regular grading
- Builds focus, discipline, and respect alongside technique
- Optional path into youth competition team

Folkstyle and freestyle wrestling, youth through adult.
Wrestling
Wrestling at Tritton is live, every class — takedowns, positioning, and conditioning that carries over into every other discipline on the mat. Coaching covers both folkstyle and freestyle, organized around building a solid base before layering in more advanced scrambles and setups. It's a demanding program, and it shows in how our wrestlers perform everywhere else they train.
- Folkstyle and freestyle, youth through adult
- All levels — no prior wrestling experience required
- Singlet or shorts and a rash guard; no gi needed
- Conditioning-heavy — builds a base for every other combat sport

Kids Wrestling
Kids Wrestling introduces takedowns, positioning, and sportsmanship through drills and live go's scaled to a young athlete's size and experience. Coaches emphasize fundamentals and effort over results early on, building the base that supports a longer competitive career later. Many kids in this program also cross-train in Judo, and the two curriculums are coached to reinforce each other.
- Ages 6–13, grouped by age and experience
- No experience necessary — fundamentals-first curriculum
- Shorts and a rash guard; no gi needed
- Pairs well with Kids' Judo for cross-training athletes

Striking fundamentals through full-contact sparring.
Muay Thai
Muay Thai classes build striking fundamentals from the ground up — stance, kicks, clinch work, and pad rounds — before layering in controlled, coached sparring. The program suits both fitness-focused members and those training toward amateur competition, with coaches adjusting intensity and contact level to match your goals. Hand wraps and gloves are required; loaner gear is available for your first few classes.
- All levels — fundamentals track and competition track
- Hand wraps and gloves required (loaners available for trial classes)
- Coached sparring, not unsupervised free-for-alls
- Strong conditioning component alongside technical striking

Structured strength, conditioning, and mindset training for competitors.
Athlete Development Program
The Athlete Development Program is strength, conditioning, and mental preparation for competitors already training in another discipline at Tritton. Sessions run on periodized programming — off-the-mat work timed to peak around each athlete's competition calendar. It's coached alongside, not instead of, your primary discipline, and works best for athletes serious about competing beyond the local level.
- For competitors already enrolled in a primary discipline (Judo, Wrestling, Muay Thai, etc.)
- Periodized strength and conditioning tied to your competition calendar
- Includes mental preparation and recovery guidance
- By coach recommendation or athlete request — talk to your discipline coach first

Kids Gymnastics
Kids Gymnastics builds the strength, flexibility, and body awareness that supports every other sport on the mat — tumbling, balance work, and basic apparatus skills in a fun, structured setting. It's a strong standalone program for younger kids not yet ready for contact sports, and a great complement for kids already training Judo or Wrestling. Classes are small, with a coach supervising every station.
- Ages 4–10, no experience necessary
- Builds strength, flexibility, and body awareness
- Great complement to Kids' Judo or Kids Wrestling
- Small class sizes, coach-supervised at every station

Gym
Gym membership gives you open mat and weight room access outside of scheduled classes — extra reps, conditioning work, or recovery time on your own schedule. It's included with most membership tiers and is a popular add-on for competitors who need more training volume than group classes alone provide. No coaching is provided during open gym hours; it's self-directed training space.
- Open access outside scheduled class times
- Self-directed — no coaching provided during open gym hours
- Included with most membership tiers; available as a standalone add-on
- Popular with competitors needing extra training volume
